Solacen is built around the idea of home — not a facility. Residents set their own daily rhythms, keep personal belongings in their spaces, and are part of a community rather than a patient list. Our staff-to-resident ratio is designed to allow genuine attention rather than rotation-based care.

Absolutely. We welcome visits and believe that walking through the space, meeting staff, and seeing daily life firsthand is the best way to make a comfortable decision. You're welcome to bring family members along as well.

Care needs often shift, and our programs are designed with that in mind. Residents can move between the Assisted Living and Rehabilitation programs as circumstances evolve, and families are kept informed and involved throughout. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Yes. Our Assisted Living Residence has trained staff present throughout the day and night. For the Companion Day Program, care is available during operating hours (Monday through Friday). For the Rehabilitation Stay, we coordinate around-the-clock support depending on the individual plan.

For the Assisted Living Residence, the monthly rate covers accommodation, meals, daily personal care assistance, wellness activities, and staff availability. Medical consultations and specialized therapies may be arranged additionally. Full details are provided in our program information packet, which we're happy to share.
